Just Salad Opens Its First Naples Location on Immokalee Road

What Opened, and Where?
Just Salad, a fast-casual restaurant chain, opened its first Naples location on September 1, 2026 at 960 Immokalee Road, Suite 200, according to the company's own announcement. The address sits in North Naples, and the same address and hours are listed on Just Salad's own location page for the restaurant: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
I am Kris Asquith, Broker Associate at Premiere Plus Realty, and I sell across nine Southwest Florida markets including Naples. A national chain choosing to open its first Naples restaurant is a small, concrete data point about that corridor of the city, and it is worth recording accurately rather than guessing at what it means.
What Is Just Salad, and What Is On the Menu?
According to the company's announcement, Just Salad was founded in 2006 and now operates more than 125 locations across eight states and Washington, D.C. The chain describes itself as a Certified B Corporation built around what it calls plant-centric meals, with fresh, daily-prepped produce, house-made dressings and chef-designed recipes. The Naples menu, per the announcement, runs to more than 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, market plates, soups and smoothies, along with a build-your-own market plate option.
Jen Lally, identified in the release as Just Salad's Chief Marketing Officer, is quoted saying the chain is "known for its approachable, flavor-packed meals featuring freshly-prepped produce, house-made dressings and high-quality ingredients." The company also points to features it says set it apart, including a reusable bowl program that rewards customers with free toppings, and carbon-labeled menu items under what it calls a climatarian menu category.
What Is Happening for the Grand Opening?
The company's announcement lists two grand-opening promotions at the Naples location. On September 16, the restaurant is running a giveback day, with a portion of every in-store purchase going to Keep Collier Beautiful, a local nonprofit. From September 17 through 19, the announcement says signature and kids' salads, wraps, warm bowls and market plates are offered at a discount for the full day. Just Salad also runs a loyalty program it calls JS Rewards, which the announcement says offers members free items and monthly perks.
Why Does One Restaurant Opening in North Naples Matter?
On its own, a single fast-casual opening is a modest thing. What makes it worth noting is where it landed. Immokalee Road in North Naples already carries a working mix of retail and dining, and a national chain choosing that stretch for its first Naples restaurant, rather than testing the city with a smaller footprint elsewhere, says something about how that corridor reads to an outside operator deciding where to put money down.
Nobody can honestly say what a single restaurant opening does to property values nearby, and it is fair to be skeptical of anyone who claims otherwise. What is verifiable is narrower and still useful: North Naples has one more operating business drawing daily traffic to that stretch of Immokalee Road than it had two weeks ago, which is a real, if modest, change to what is currently open and staffed in that part of the city.
What Should You Watch If You're Looking at This Part of Naples?
As one data point among several, not as a reason to act on its own. A single opening tells you what exists today; it does not forecast what a specific address near it will be worth to own. If you are weighing Naples condos or homes along the Immokalee Road corridor, what is actually open, staffed and drawing traffic month over month is a more useful thing to track than any single announcement, including this one.
The details that actually decide what a given Naples property is worth to own, insure and maintain still come from the property itself, not from a nearby restaurant opening: elevation, flood insurance history, HOA rules where one applies, and what an inspection and survey turn up. The inspection stage of the home buying process is where each of those gets checked before you are ever committed to anything.
