Vuori Opens at Waterside Shops in Naples, and Anthropologie Is Moving In Next Door

Did a new store open at Waterside Shops in Naples?

Yes. Vuori, the California activewear brand, opened a new 4,000-square-foot store on September 4, 2026, at 5475 Tamiami Trail North, Suite A7, inside Waterside Shops in Naples. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. The reporting comes from Gulfshore Business retail columnist Tim Aten, whose coverage of Southwest Florida retail and dining runs on WINK News and Gulfshore Business, and the store's own listing on the Waterside Shops website confirms the same address and hours.

I am Kris Asquith, Broker Associate at Premiere Plus Realty, and I sell across nine Southwest Florida markets including Naples.

What is Vuori, and what space did it move into?

Vuori sells what it calls its "styled for life" activewear collection for men and women, built around a coastal-lifestyle brand that blends performance fabric with everyday clothing rather than a strictly gym-focused line. The new Naples store is the brand's location inside Waterside Shops, the upscale indoor mall on Tamiami Trail North.

The unit occupies part of the space that Pottery Barn vacated earlier this year, when that store relocated to a new two-story outparcel building it now shares with Williams-Sonoma elsewhere on the property. That is a common pattern at a mall going through a tenant reshuffle: a departing anchor store's old footprint gets subdivided rather than backfilled by a single new tenant of the same size.

What else is changing at Waterside Shops?

Anthropologie is next. According to the same reporting, Anthropologie plans to move from its current spot on the north side of the mall into a new 8,500-square-foot space built adjacent to the new Vuori store. That is a larger footprint than the store occupies today, and it places Anthropologie directly beside Vuori rather than in its current location.

Taken together, that is two tenant moves tied to the same stretch of the mall in the same season: one completed with Vuori's opening on September 4, and one announced and still ahead with Anthropologie's planned relocation. Neither is a rumor pieced together from a permit filing; both come from the same named source covering the property directly.

What does a store opening at Waterside Shops actually tell a buyer near Naples?

Nobody can honestly put a number on what one retail opening does to nearby property values, and be skeptical of anyone who tells you otherwise. What is fair to say is narrower: this is an established national brand choosing to open in Naples rather than pull back from it, in a mall that is actively re-leasing and expanding space for another tenant in the same season. That is a different signal than an empty storefront sitting untouched.

Waterside Shops sits along Tamiami Trail North in North Naples, in a corridor that also carries a working mix of dining and retail beyond the mall itself. A buyer weighing that part of Naples, whether looking at Naples condos near the Tamiami Trail corridor or comparing it against luxury homes in Naples further from US 41, is better served by what is actually open and leasing than by a single announced project.

Where can you get a straight read on real estate near this part of Naples?

A retail opening is one data point about a corridor's health, not a substitute for the numbers that actually decide what a property costs to buy and keep: what a home or condo has sold for on that specific street, what an association holds in reserves, and what an inspection turns up. The home buying process walks through where each of those gets checked, in order, before you are under contract, and the Naples real estate page covers what else moves value across the wider market.

If you are weighing a property near Waterside Shops or the Tamiami Trail corridor, or anywhere else across the nine markets I cover, get in touch or call (239) 300-1427 for a straight read on a specific address rather than the neighborhood in general.
