Talis Park carries resident equity golf and sport membership categories, so golf and the rest of the club are separable.
A sport category is the useful one to ask about if you want the community and the amenities without funding golf you will not play. Equity means members hold a stake in the club rather than simply paying to use it, which changes both what you pay on joining and what happens when you sell.
Get the current categories, costs and transfer terms in writing for your specific address. Across Naples the answer differs completely from one gate to the next: capped at Quail West, optional at Imperial Golf Estates, bundled to every property at Heritage Bay.
